Kiki Mazzucchelli

Kiki Mazzucchelli is an independent curator, writer, and editor specializing in Latin American art. She is the co-founder, with Alessandra Ferrari, of the Gasworks London residency for artists based in Brazil. Mazzucchelli’s research focuses on broadening and deepening historiographical narratives of art. She is the author and editor of numerous publications about Latin American artists. Mazzucchelli serves as the artistic director of Luisa Strina gallery, and the curator of ABERTO, a platform for traveling exhibitions, held in unusual spaces outside the traditional circuit of museums and galleries. In 2022, she was in conversation with Maurin Dietrich, Director of Kunstverein München, and Florencia Malbrán, Curator, Eduardo F. Costantini Collection, at the event Experience / Experiment, hosted by Salta art in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mazzucchelli was a member of the Salta art jury from 2022-24.
