Artist

Born in 1985 in Buenos Aires. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts from the National University Institute of Art (I.U.N.A.) and participated in the Artists’ Program at Torcuato Di Tella University in 2012. He has exhibited in solo and group shows at institutions and galleries such as Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires, Emerson Dorsch Gallery (Miami, US), Space n.n (Munich, Germany), Centro Cultural Recoleta, Ruth Benzacar, Alberto Sendrós Gallery, Palais de Tokyo (Paris, France), artHaus Central, Fundación PROA, Galería Inmigrante, Galerie Papillon (Paris, France), Montagehalle HBK (Braunschweig, Germany), Jardín Oculto, Vasari Gallery, Nora Fisch Gallery, Fundación OSDE, Fundación Klemm, SESC Sorocaba (São Paulo, Brazil), the Museum of Modern Art of Cuenca (Ecuador), La Zona/The Drawing Center (New York, USA), and MUNTREF Museum, among others. He also participated in the art fairs ArteBA (Buenos Aires), Scope (Miami), and ArtBo (Bogotá).In 2017 he received the Prix Braque, which granted him an eight-month residency at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris. In 2019 he was selected for residencies at ARTOMI (New York, US) and Parc Saint Léger (Pougues-les-Eaux, France), and held his first solo museum exhibition, Contacto, at the Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires. In 2022 he was awarded a one-year residency and scholarship at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste – Braunschweig Projects (Germany), and in 2023 was artist-in-residence at Fountainhead (Miami, US).In 2024 he was selected by the Salta Art Foundation to participate in the Ebenböckhaus Residency in Munich, Germany. He has published essays and reviews for catalogues and exhibitions, and since 2013 has been co-founder and editor of the art criticism newspaper El Flasherito, together with Leopoldo Estol and Liv Schulman.
