Rafa Bqueer is a visual artist who explores performance and its intersection with racial issues and LGBTQIA+ activism. Their works have been exhibited in various institutions including MASP and INHOTIM, and they are featured in prestigious collections, including Museu de Arte do Rio (MAR), Museu de Arte Moderna do Rio de Janeiro (MAM), Instituto Moreira Salles, São Paulo, Brazil and Pinacoteca de São Paulo. Bqueer participated in the group exhibition NAT GEO, curated by Violeta Mansilla, as part of the 2024 Various Others spring edition in collaboration with Salta art.
