Sofia Torres Kosiba is an Argentinian transdisciplinary artist, researcher, and educator specializing in performance studies. Her work integrates diverse forms of expression, materials and methodologies including sculpture, installation, video and performance. She focuses her practice on the management of emotions, body politics, contradiction, humor and the anthropological concept of communitas. Torres Kosiba participated in the group exhibition NAT GEO, curated by Violeta Mansila, as part of the 2024 Various Others spring edition in collaboration with Salta art. She currently lives and works in Córdoba, Argentina.
