Join artist Mercedes Azpilicueta on a performative walk through Munich, retracing the footsteps of Anna Mary Howitt as described in her book An Art Student in Munich (1850). This collective, embodied act unfolds through key locations, where selected passages from Howitt’s writings will be read aloud, bridging her reflections with the present. The walk includes a visit to Azpilicueta’s exhibition at Luitpoldblock, where she expands this dialogue, before concluding at Bayerischer Hof, where Howitt stayed in 1873.
