Eunjin Yoo is an artist working across installation, sound, performance, and sculpture. Her practice explores how memory, labour, and migration shape cultural identity, focusing on listening as a way of situating the self within social and historical structures. She creates spatial environments where sonic and social materials intersect, treating sound as a material force that carries experience, friction, and accumulated time. Her hybrid sculptural works often exist in a transitional state between process and form, linking movement, making, and collective presence. Yoo is particularly interested in rhythm as an unwritten social score, through which emotional, cultural, and spatial layers of a context are inscribed and made perceptible. Yoo was selected by the Salta art jury to participate in the Pivô Research Residency in São Paulo, Brazil from August to November 2025.
