Salta art is an independent non-profit arts organization that seeks to foster the exchange of ideas between South America and Germany. Salta art supports residencies, talks, performances, exhibitions and research to encourage a dialogue among artists, curators, cultural producers and art enthusiasts. In that way, Salta art aims to provide opportunities for collaborations as well as to develop mutual understanding.

Agustina Strüngmann is an art historian and curator from Buenos Aires who lives and works in Munich, focusing on performance art and on developing cultural exchanges. Past projects include hNC agency, Manifesta 11 Parallel Events, a performance art agency, Sarah Choo Jing x Fiona Ones, Photolondon (2015), and A Performative Piece by Nicole Bachmann, Museum Bärengasse, Zurich, (2015). She has contributed articles and reviews to Art Nexus magazine, On-Curating.org, Movement Research Journal, The Journal of Curatorial Studies and Revista Barzón.
Albertine is an art consultant who engages in a wide range of cultural projects and mandates where she can contribute with her knowledge and network. She is the founder of Caribbean Art Initiative and works part-time at the Art Gender Nature Institute in Basel and is a member of the boards of Kunsthalle Basel and the Caribbean Cultural Funds.
